This is a superb product. At the moment this is my favorite fish. I like to cook them in a “hot” non stick pan- with a little oil. I prefer Avacado oil for high heat cookery. As always season with salt/pepper and cook skin down to get skin crispy. After about 2 minutes, gently flip and brown other side. Then turn off heat and let the fish finish cooking in the hot pan. Fron start to finish- 4-5 minutes in the pan.
