Ecuadorian Mahi Mahi

WILD CAUGHT ECUADORIAN MAHI MAHI

This is a gorgeous fish that, by nature, is suited for grilling. Mahi has the density of Swordfish and a rich flavor profile, providing a high-end dining experience.

The fish is flown in super fresh from Ecuador to Fulton’s Fish Market and then picked up by my fishmonger in North Jersey. I inspect the fish for quality and freshness. Then the fish is portioned, vacuum sealed, and frozen the same day.

Frozen fish doesn’t get better than this.

This is the eighth fish added to Chef Michael’s Premium Fresh/frozen fish selection.
